Service and availability

Quiet on the Creek AI is a photo-to-video tool at quietonthecreekai.com. The planned generation flow creates one 15-second, 720p, silent car-dance video from a photo of one adult, with a choice of energy and vehicle. The site displays whether purchases and generation are available. Sample gallery cards are design previews unless an actual playable generated video is provided.

Accounts and permitted use

Use an accurate email address and protect your account. You must be an adult and have permission to use the photo and the depicted person's likeness. Do not submit illegal, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate, deceptive impersonation, threatening, or infringing material. Do not use generated content to mislead others about real events or endorsements. Generated results can vary and must be reviewed before sharing.

AI content standards

Do not upload or create sexual or pornographic content; child sexual abuse material or sexualized depictions of minors; hate speech or content targeting protected groups; graphic violence, gore, or encouragement of violence; deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or false endorsements; or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or likeness rights. Only authorized adult photos are permitted. Clearly identify synthetic results when sharing them, and never present generated actions as evidence that a real person performed them.

Reporting and moderation

Send content, rights, privacy, or safety reports to support@quietonthecreekai.com with the relevant task ID or URL, a description of the concern, and a reply address. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or unnecessary identity documents. We triage reports by urgency, review the relevant available task records and material, and may request the minimum additional information needed to assess the report. We may restrict access to reported material or suspend an account while investigating. Confirmed violations may result in removal of access, rejection of further generation, or account suspension; illegal material may be referred to the appropriate authorities where required.

Our response targets are acknowledgement within one business day and an initial review and reply within three business days; urgent safety reports are prioritized for initial review within 24 hours. These are response targets, not guaranteed resolution times. Affected users can request reconsideration by replying with relevant information. Private files expire after 30 days, so please report concerns promptly. We do not claim that every upload or output receives a human review before delivery.

Credits and checkout

When purchases are enabled, the one-time packs are US$6.99 for 1 video credit or US$29 for 5 video credits. Credits do not expire and do not create a subscription. One submitted generation reserves 1 credit. Prices and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. Waffo processes payments; we do not collect full card details. Credits are issued only after a verified payment confirmation, not simply after returning from checkout.

Delivery and failures

Processing can take several minutes or longer depending on the provider. View progress and results in your account. We do not guarantee a precise completion time, identical poses, perfect facial consistency, or a particular creative outcome. Confirmed generation failures restore the reserved credit. If a submission's result is uncertain, we hold it for review rather than automatically charging for a duplicate submission. Contact support with the task ID if progress stalls.

Photos and delivered files are privately accessible for 30 days. Download any videos you wish to keep. Removing a video from history does not refund its used credit.

Refunds and support

Contact support@quietonthecreekai.com with your order number to request a refund of unused credits or report a delivery problem. Unused credits are eligible for refund; used credits are reviewed for technical delivery failures. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Do not include passwords, full card details, or identity documents in a support message. A pending refund can temporarily prevent use of the credits involved. A refund is complete only after the payment provider confirms it.

Ownership and reports

You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. You authorize the processing needed to supply your requested result. Use generated content only where you have the necessary rights. This service is independent and does not claim endorsement by artists, social platforms, vehicle brands, or the creators of any trend. Report rights, privacy, or safety concerns to support@quietonthecreekai.com with relevant URLs or task IDs.

Changes and suspension

We may restrict abusive use or suspend a feature when necessary to protect users or resolve service issues. Material changes will be described on the website. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
