Information and purpose

Quiet on the Creek AI uses your account email and profile to provide login, order history, credits and support. When you explicitly submit a generation, we process your photo, chosen options, task status and resulting media to create and deliver the video. Selecting a photo for the preview alone does not upload it.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides application hosting, database and private object storage. Submitted photos and generated opening frames are sent to APIMart to perform the requested image and video generation using GPT-Image-2 and Seedance 2.0 Fast. These providers may process data outside your country under their own applicable policies. Waffo processes checkout and supplies order and payment status; we do not store full payment-card numbers.

Access and retention

Input photos, generated frames and delivered videos use private storage. Your account can view its own files; the generation provider receives short-lived read-only links to necessary inputs. Links expire after one hour. Site access to uploaded photos and delivered media expires after 30 days. Copies may remain in storage or backups pending cleanup. Removing a history entry hides it from your list; contact support for a data deletion request. Order and accounting records may be retained where required for payment administration, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Cookies and security

Essential session cookies support login and account security. We use HTTPS, ownership checks and server-side credential storage. No system can guarantee complete security. Never send your account password or full card details to support.

Your choices

You can update your account details and request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting support@quietonthecreekai.com. We may need to verify account ownership and preserve records we are required to retain. Do not submit someone else's photo without permission. This service is intended for adults.
